Dentist

Position Summary
The Dentist diagnoses, prevents, and treats diseases, injuries, and malformations of the teeth, jaws, and mouth. This role involves providing a wide range of dental services, including examinations, preventative care, and patient education. The Dentist works to ensure optimal oral health and overall well-being of patients while maintaining high standards of clinical practice and patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled and compassionate dental care to patients
• Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral health conditions
• Interpret dental x-rays and diagnostic tests
• Perform restorative procedures such as fillings, crowns, bridges, and dentures
• Conduct surgical procedures as needed including extractions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• After hours call coverage and triage of dental emergencies
• Supervising staff and volunteer hygienists and dentists
